  • Can you provide design support?

    Yes, we have in-house design capability and commonly provide design services to our customers.

  • Where do you manufacture?

    Our entire operation is based in Michigan, from design to prototype to production, everything is assembled and shipped from our Michigan facility.

  • What is your typical lead time?

    Lead time is almost entirely dependent upon component lead time, meaning if we are waiting on an LED that has a 10-week lead time, for example, and this is our longest lead time component on the BOM, our production lead time will be approximately 11-12 weeks. We have a variety of sourcing strategies and methods to partner with our customers to reduce long lead times and in many cases, we can position materials to support 2-6 week lead times.   • What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

    We are not a one size fits all organization. Our goal is to support our customers when they need a one-off build of 10 pcs, small production quantity builds of 50-100 pcs or larger build quantities of 20,000 pcs or more. Our team is familiar with supporting this wide gamut of quantities and we are equipped and willing to be that flexible partner. Contact us today to discuss your needs and how we can support.

  • What does it cost to bring a new design to life?

    We aim to minimize barriers to new product development and for that reason we strive to keep tooling costs low. Most new products cost less than $1000 to prototype in small quantity.

  • Can we specify the LED or another component we wish to use on our board?

    Yes, we are component agnostic and can source any component required for your project.
